I began my veterinary nursing career back in 1989 as a student, progressing to where I am now as a practice manager/nurse at Taylor and Marshall. I have been at Taylor & Marshall since July 1997 and have seen the practice grow and progress over the years. During my time her I have completed my QCF Advanced apprenticeship in Management. When I do find spare time, I love being a mum, wife and Step-Nan spending as much time as possible with my family as I can. I own a menagerie of creatures ranging from small furriers, cats, dogs and two adorable Donkeys.
Marie KubiakHead Veterinary Surgeon, BVSc Cert AVP (ZooMed) DZooMed (Avian) MRCVS RCVS Recongised specialist in Zoo and Wildlife Medicine
Marie graduated from Bristol University, following placements within zoos and exotic animal practices. Marie has completed a 3year European College of Zoological Medicine Residency. She has completed the RCVS certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice (Zoo Medicine) and the RCVS Diploma in Zoological Medicine. Marie is a recognised Specialist in Zoo and wildlife Medicine. She has also published and released a Veterinary Exotics book 'Handbook of Exotic Pet Medicine'
Julian KelesVeterinary Surgeon, Mag.med.vet. MRCVS
Julian graduated from the University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna in Austria. He then pursued a rotating Small Animal Medicine & Surgery internship in Germany. He's spent some time in mixed practice in Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and is currently working towards an RCVS Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice (Zoological Medicine). He is currently part of the European Wildlife Disease Association (EDWA), Student Chapter Board and a member of the European Association of Zoo & Wildlife Veterinarians (EAZWV)

I have been a veterinary nurse for 16 years and worked initially in a mixed practice. I have been part of the Taylor and Marshall team for the last 3 years. I have a keen interest in exotics, I have gained certificates in exotic, Emergency and critical care and Zoo vet nursing.
Sam MorrellRVN, VCA
I joined Taylor and Marshall in September 2014 where I started my Veterinary Care Assistant qualification. I then progressed on to my Veterinary Nursing training and qualified in April 2021. I love working with exotics species as its different every day and we always have interesting cases in.
Rhiannon WoodburnStudent Veterinary Nurse
I joined Taylor and Marshall in August 2014, where I started and apprenticeship in customer service. I then progressed on to completing my Veterinary Care Assistant in September 2015, followed by starting my Veterinary Nursing training in September 2016. I have an interest in exotics and hope to go on to do my certificate in exotic nursing after I qualify.

I started volunteering at Taylor and Marshall vets back in 2016 on Saturday mornings, i then progressed onto the VCA course in sept 2019 after graduating from school where i work in practice during the week. In my spare time i enjoy horse riding and caring and looking after my own horse 'Lady'.
Susan TurnerReceptionist/ Administrator
I joined Taylor and Marshall in November 2017, having previously worked doing accounts and reception. I have always loved animals having 4 cats and a beautiful staffy called Elvis and when I was offered the role as receptionist/admin at T & M I jumped at the chance. I am developing quite an interest in reptiles since starting there. I don't have much time for hobbies, but I do enjoy spending time with my 5 grandchildren.

I joined T&M in February 2001. In 2005 I undertook the Animal Nursing Assistant qualification and successfully completed this a year later. I have always been around animals since an early age, ranging from ponies, sheep, calves and goats to cats and dogs.
